Warranty:
All products from PC Tech Outlet come with our unconditional 30 days exchange warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty period begins on the date of shipment and is not dependent on the date of customer inspection. If you have received a damaged or defective product we will promptly send you a replacement, after the return of the damaged or defective product. For all exchanges please fill out the returns information in your account on the website. Due to the nature of the fast paced computer market, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the time of issuance to ensure that the same item is available for exchange. All warranty return items will be inspected to confirm that the product is correct and eligible for warranty claim; PC Tech Outlet warranty is void if the defective item has been misused or mishandled or shows evidence of attempted repair by another party. Repair warranty is valid only for a defect related to the original repair. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returns and Refunds:
All Return Merchandise must be accompanied with an Authorization (RMA) number issued by PC Tech Outlet . RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 30 days from the date the product was shipped. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the time of issuance. Returned items should be packaged in the original or comparable packing materials. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. PC Tech Outlet will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All chipped and burned CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be given after 7 days on all products from the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment as the original purchase. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Shipping:
All orders placed will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All products from PC Tech Outlet are shipped via UPS. We ship to the USA and Canada. Free shipping will be offered to customers residing ONLY in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and with a minimum order of $100 before taxes.
Shipping within Canada
All Orders are sent via UPS Standard unless otherwise specified. Applicable Provincial and Federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario and take 1-2 business day to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.
Sales taxes are based on the order destination (the place to which the order is shipped).
PC Tech Outlet does not collect Provincial Sales Tax (PST) for orders shipped to provinces and territories outside Ontario. GST is added to orders shipped to these provinces.
Shipping to the USA
Orders sent to the USA are shipped by UPS Standard. Orders shipped to the USA are not charged Canadian taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties,taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
PC Tech Outlet is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Address:
PC Tech Outlet will only ship to "confirmed" shipping addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
